Sport in Mind have a new Antenatal Pregnancy Yoga session starting Friday, 17th April!

As with all of their activities, this session is free, inclusive and drop-in (i.e. no need to book).

Key details:
🗓Day/Time: Fridays 13:00-14:00
🧘‍♀️Dates: Run in 6-week blocks. 2nd block: 5th June to 10th July
💙Venue: Ambleside Children's Centre, Ambleside Close, Woodley, RG5 4JJ
🩷Suitable participants: This session is aimed at pregnant ladies who are experiencing anxiety, low mood, isolation or mental health problems. All equipment is provided.
