🏆 Our Carers of the Year 2025/26 💚💙

This is one of those posts we’re genuinely very happy to share.

Every day our carers are out there doing a job that isn’t always easy. There are long days, difficult days and plenty that happens behind the scenes that nobody sees. So it’s really important to us that hard work doesn’t simply become “expected”, it gets recognised too.

After looking back at the incredible work of our team throughout 2025 and up to April 2026, we are very happy to celebrate the people who really stood out during this period.

Alina and Bogdan are our Carers of the Year 2025/26, winning a £5,000 holiday. 🌴✈️
We hope you both have an amazing time, you’ve definitely earned it!

We also wanted to recognise Vio & Claudiu, who each received an Outstanding Performance Award and £500. 🏅

All four of you have shown us, in your own ways, what it means to care about the job you do and the people you look after.

We notice it. We appreciate it. And now we get to celebrate it. ❤️

Adult social care is often measured in tasks completed, but the real impact is seen in the relationships built, the confidence restored and the independence maintained.

This week, we want to recognise the commitment, compassion and professionalism shown by our team every single day. Whether it's supporting someone through a difficult time, helping them remain independent at home, or simply brightening their day with a friendly face, our carers make a meaningful difference to people's lives.

We are incredibly proud of our team and grateful for the care, dedication and respect they bring to their roles.
