This was our adult class’s idea of FUN… 😂🥊

After all those combinations, jumping squats and absolutely pushing themselves to the limit… they decided the coaches deserved a little revenge! 🎯😂

Nothing like finishing a tough session by throwing balls at your coaches! 🤣💥

They work hard, they sweat, they laugh… and apparently, they get their revenge too! 👀😂

🥊 WE’RE BACK! 🥊

It’s safe to say we were feeling GOOD to be back with our kids’ classes yesterday! 🙌

Every child showed up, put in the effort, worked hard and, most importantly, persevered when things got tough. 💪❤️

There’s nothing better than seeing their confidence grow, watching them challenge themselves and celebrating those little wins together.

It feels SO good to be back every Monday & Wednesday! 🥊🔥

Let’s keep pushing, keep learning and keep growing! 👊

What a way to spend a Tuesday evening! 🌿🔥🧊

A fantastic evening with this lovely bunch, taking some time away from the stresses of everyday life and focusing on wellbeing, connection and being present. 🧠✨

We started with a cold plunge 🧊, followed by the outdoor sauna 🔥, before slowing things down with hot drinks, meaningful conversations and breathwork. ☕️🌿

Sometimes we all need to press pause, step away from the noise and simply breathe.

A huge thank you to for letting us use your beautiful space. 🙌

☀️ WOW… what a summer it’s been! ☀️

We’ve had such an incredible few weeks, meeting so many amazing young people and seeing a brilliant mixture of familiar faces and new faces along the way. 🥊❤️

From the games and activities to the boxing, laughter, friendships and plenty of fun, it’s been a summer to remember!

So from all of us at Punching 4 Purpose to all of you… THANK YOU! 🫶

💬❤️ We absolutely loved hearing the feedback from the young people at our camps this summer!

From the games and activities to boxing, being active and, of course, meeting new people and making new friends — it was amazing to hear what they enjoyed the most. 🥊🏃‍♀️🎯🤝

For us, it’s not just about keeping young people active. It’s about creating a safe, fun and inclusive space where they can build confidence, try new things, make memories and simply enjoy being themselves. 💪✨

Hearing their thoughts and seeing the smiles on their faces makes all the hard work worth it! ❤️
