Our hospitals are currently very busy, your support in helping us treat the people who need our care the most is appreciated.

You can help by only attend our Emergency Department for life threatening conditions.
For urgent advice or care, you can:
🔶Use NHS 111 online or by phone
🔶Contact your GP or pharmacist
🔶Use Urgent Treatment Centres at Royal South Hants Hospital or Lymington New Forest Hospital for urgent but non-life-threatening care

Our teams are working hard to safely discharge patients who are ready to go home. If you’re collecting a loved one, you can help by:
✅Arriving on time once discharge is confirmed
✅Bringing clean clothes and suitable footwear
✅Making sure all belongings are packed
✅Speaking to staff about medications
✅Ensuring they have keys and essentials at home
