Some days are harder than others.

A song. A familiar place. A birthday. A scent. An empty chair at the table. Grief can be triggered by the smallest things and often when you least expect it.

Here are a few things that may help…
🤍 Acknowledge how you’re feeling rather than pushing it away.
🤍 Take a few slow breaths and allow yourself a moment to pause.
🤍 Talk to someone you trust if you feel able.
🤍 Remember that it’s ok to step away from situations that feel overwhelming.
🤍 Honour your loved one in a way that feels meaningful to you, whether that’s lighting a candle, visiting a special place or simply taking a quiet moment to remember them.

There is no right or wrong way to grieve, and there is no timeline for healing. Be gentle with yourself.
