Current classes:

Pregnancy yoga:
Tuesdays 7pm at Hamble Village Memorial Hall
Wednesday 7.30pm at The Botley Centre

Mummy and baby yoga:
Monday mornings in Hamble and Tuesday mornings in Sholing

Belles (yoga for women):
Thursday 8-9pm (currently online)

Also 1:1 sessions for yoga, birth preparation or hypnobirthing available at times to suit you at my lovely studio in Woolston :-)

Welcome to the world Hase (pronounced Hay-z) who was born to Jodie (Botley group) last Thursday (great excuse to miss Wednesday evening's class!) weighing 6lbs 2oz and with an unexpected sunny-side up arrival. Congratulations Jodie, he's beautiful! I hope you're enjoying getting to know him and I'll look forward to meeting him when you're ready to come back to the mat for mummy and baby yoga :-)

Just a quick heads up that my Wifi is out (my daughter is currently hot-spotting me!) until I can get an engineer out (likely not until the end of next week) so I will be slower to respond to messages etc. The best way to get in touch will be text message (not What's App!).

I'm really behind on baby announcements, so here's the first of a lovely list of new souls welcomed into the world this month...

Welcome Lily, and huge congratulations to Nicky (Botley group) and family, including of course brilliant big brother Stan (who I got to do some lovely 'oga' with on the grass after class before Lily was born!).

Enjoy settling into life as a family of 4 (well, 5 with the fluffy pookie!) and I'll look forward to seeing you back on the mat in September for some lovely mummy and baby 'oga' :-)

This beautiful photograph was taken by lovely Lily who celebrated the solstice at Stonehenge with her gorgeous baby Elwood - what an amazing memory to make... Can't wait to hear all about it at mummy and baby yoga on Friday!

It's been a hot week but I've had some lovely sessions including unexpected toddler yoga on the grass with this gorgeous mini yogi who came to yoga when he was in his mummy's tummy, then baby yoga, and dropped in on Wednesday while his amazing mummy was preparing for the birth of her second baby. He showed me a lot of cool "ohga" including this down dog that walked like his dog Pookie :-)

I also taught a private session in my teenage client's beautiful garden yesterday morning, a beautiful and expansive practice with birds singing throughout. At the end he said that there is relaxation, but that yoga brings free-laxation, which I love and have his permission to adopt!

Love sharing yoga and free-laxation with you all, and your mini and not-so-mini yogis...

Aww, what a beautiful message to wake up to!

"Hey Ani! 🙂 just thought I’d pop you a text to say I absolutely loved your class last night - it was full of so much joy and laughter and it really perked me up after a tough few weeks!! Looking forward to next week already"

It's been lovely to welcome new yogis to pregnancy class this week, and I can't wait to meet new babies in mum and baby tomorrow :-) So blessed to get to hold these spaces and share practice and the journey with you all...

Now, what to bake for mummies tomorrow...?
