RISE Activities is on the lookout for a fun, energetic, people-person to join our team part-time (6–10 hours per week) delivering our inclusive activity sessions.

💥 What you’ll be doing:
✔️ Delivering RISE activity sessions
✔️ Bringing fun, laughter and positivity
✔️ Supporting wellbeing, movement and social connection
✔️ Literally… making people happy for a living (yes, it’s as good as it sounds!)

💛 This role is PERFECT if you:
✨ Are bubbly, friendly and confident
✨ Love working with people
✨ Have a positive “can-do” attitude
✨ Want a role that’s genuinely rewarding
✨ Prefer being active and out meeting people rather than sitting at a desk

🚗 Driver essential (you’ll be visiting different settings)

⏰ Hours:
• Part-time
• Around 6–10 hours per week which will increase
• Ideal alongside another role, studying, or family life

Shoutout to our Connected100 Business Club member,Rise Brighton & Hove, Littlehampton & Worthing!

Led by Pam Gordon and her team, Rise Brighton brings fun, inclusive seated sports activities to the local community, from corporate team building days to care homes, hospices, hospitals, day centres and community groups across Brighton, Hove, Newhaven, Peacehaven, Portslade, Rottingdean, Shoreham and Southwick.

Their sessions are all about bringing people together through movement, laughter and connection, with activities tailored to suit each setting and the people taking part. Whether it's a lively team building session or a regular activity for a care setting, Rise is all about getting people moving and having fun while they do it.

It's a lovely example of a local business making a genuine difference to wellbeing in our community.
