Following our Infection Prevention and Control inspection on Wednesday 22nd July, Ainsdale Medical Centre has achieved 100% compliance for our Minor Surgery service and 99.1% compliance across the practice.

These excellent results reflect the hard work and teamwork of everyone at the practice We’re very proud of our team for helping to maintain a clean, safe and welcoming environment for all our patients.

Patient safety and high-quality care remain at the heart of everything we do, and we’re committed to maintaining these high standards every day. 💙

Meet Hazel and Steph

Some of you may have already seen a couple of new friendly faces on reception over the past few months.

Hazel and Steph joined our team three months ago, and we honestly feel very lucky to have them. They have settled in so well and have already become a lovely part of the practice.

They are both kind, approachable and compassionate, and they bring a real warmth to the team. We know reception can be a busy place, but Hazel and Steph have taken it all in their stride and are already making a positive difference for both patients and colleagues.
