This small, family-run nursing home in Southport is seeking a Night Care Assistant to work up to 36 hours per week (it will include weekend and Bank Holiday work). Shifts are 8pm to 8am.

Rated as "outstanding" in care and "good" in all other areas by CQC, the home is a very friendly and supportive place to work with an owner/matron who values the happiness of both residents and staff.

providing personalised care to all residents

Responsibilities and Duties:
Responsibilities include providing the best quality care to all our residents, support with personal care needs, help with residents throughout the evening and helping with the general running of the nursing home throughout the night.

Qualifications and Skills:
Previous care work experience is not essential. You must be someone with the same values, be committed to learning and developing new skills, be someone with great ideas to help us continuously improve the already "outstanding" care we provide.

Benefits:
This is a great place to work with a happy, supportive atmosphere and very low staff turnover. There are many incentive schemes in place including paid break times, cycle-to-work scheme, free fruit for all staff, gift vouchers for good attendance and paid training courses. Uniform is also provided.

Full-time hours: Up to 36 hours per week.

COVID-19 considerations: Temperature take upon arrival, PPE worn throughout the day. Employees are swabbed and tested for COVID-19 three times per week, and residents are tested every 28 days. Uniform is washed on site and does not leave the premises. All residents and staff have received both vaccines.

This small, family-run nursing home in Southport is seeking a Daytime Care Assistant to work up to 20 hours per week (it will include weekend and Bank Holiday work). Must be willing to work shifts between the hours of 8am and 8pm. Shifts can range from 5 hours to 12 hours. There is a potential this will increase to a full time role.
