​New NHS draft guidelines are finally pushing for mandatory, comprehensive yearly checks for PCOS—now known as PMOS (Polyendocrine Metabolic Ovarian Syndrome). The official rules drop this December, meaning your GP should soon proactively monitor your metabolic, physical, and mental health every single year. It's a massive win for women's healthcare, but it's up to us to make sure it's actually enforced.
