Well that brings an end to our fun-filled day here at Ivy Gate Lodge care home. Today we held our annual summer fayre/open day and it is safe to say it was a huge success🤩

Our residents, their families and relatives, were welcomed with a glass of Prosecco or mocktail. Even our stall holders had a cheeky glass (fully deserved of course) a huge thank you to all who came and set up a stall with us!

We had an ice cream van and a bouncy castle which as you can see was very much enjoyed by the little ones AND even staff💚

A huge shoutout to Hope Funeral Care for coming down to see us again, we truly love your visits🤍

We had an amazing Barbecue cooked by our amazing kitchen team😍

Just to add to the excitement we had live entertainment throughout and they were splendid😁

We hope if you came down to see us that you had a lovely day and we would like to see you back again soon for our next big event which is our 4th BIRTHDAY PARTY🥳🥳

We look forward to it….

Make sure you come down and say hello, it’s the perfect summer holiday event. We have stall holders, bouncy castle, ice cream van, live entertainment and a lovely BBQ.

Ivy Gate Lodge Care Home would like to say a great big thank you to Sefton Opera a charitable organisation whose lovely volunteers paid us a visit today, treating our residents and staff to some aromatic hand and back massages. The air was filled with the relaxing aroma of lavender oil, their kindness and attention was so very much appreciated.
