We are extremely proud to be Implementing Mental Health First Aiders (MHFAs) within Rowley Hall Hospital is an increasingly recognised way of supporting staff wellbeing, improving early intervention, and creating a culture where mental health can be discussed openly. MHFA-trained employees are equipped to recognise signs of poor mental health, start supportive conversations, and signpost colleagues to appropriate professional support. They are not counsellors or therapists, but act as a first point of contact
