We launched a wonderful new monthly dining experience for our residents! 🍽️✨

A group of residents were specially selected to enjoy a private three-course lunch in our Fine Dining Room alongside our Home Manager, Anita. The delicious meal was prepared by our new Head Chef, Karl, and provided the perfect opportunity for everyone to, chat, relax, and enjoy great food and lovely company.

This special experience will take place every month, with residents’ names drawn from a hat to ensure everyone has a fair opportunity to take part throughout the year.

We look forward to creating many more memorable dining experiences for our residents in the months ahead. 😃

Our residents thoroughly enjoyed their monthly Pilates session with Emily Carter from Em Core Pilates.

Emily is excellent at guiding residents through gentle stretching, movement, and breathing exercises, helping them to improve flexibility, relaxation, and overall wellbeing. Her friendly and encouraging approach ensures everyone feels comfortable and engaged throughout the session.

We are grateful to have Emily visit us each month, and our residents always look forward to taking part. Thank you, Emily, for another fantastic session! 💙

✨Classic Car & Vehicle Show at Grand View Care Home! ✨

We are looking for owners of classic cars, vintage vehicles, motorbikes, tractors, and unique vehicles to join us for a special Car Show on Sunday 26th July, from 10:00am – 3:00pm at Grand View Care Home, Uffington Road, Stamford, PE9 2EX.

Our residents would absolutely love the opportunity to see these wonderful vehicles up close, and chat with owners about their memories and experiences.

We are also delighted to have vintage singer Mia Lincoln performing throughout the day to provide fantastic entertainment!

Grand View Care Home is hosting our annual Summer Fair on Saturday 15th August, and we’re on the lookout for stall holders and entertainers to help make the day extra special!

We had a fantastic time celebrating VE Day with the wonderful singer Mia Lincoln 🇬🇧🎶

Residents, staff, and families all enjoyed an afternoon filled with music, dancing, singing along, and lots of smiles as we honoured such an important day in history ❤️

Those hanging wetsuits weren’t ours unfortunately… we weren’t quite that adventurous this time, maybe next time! 😉
