You can be surrounded by people... friends... family... groups... even those who say they love you.....and still feel completely alone.
So its not social loneliness.
It's emotional and spiritual loneliness.
It can come from years of abandoning yourself... Ignoring your own needs... Rejecting your feelings... Suppressing who you really are to be accepted by others.
In an attempt to feel belonging, it feels even worse..
The antidote isn't finding someone else to complete you. Who gets you..
It's reconnecting with yourself.
Being honest with yourself. Listening to yourself. Accepting yourself. Loving yourself.

THE HEALING DAY DONE ✅️
I'm genuinely blown away by everyone who attended.
To come into a room, be open, honest, vulnerable, and truly seen... then allow your mind, beliefs, and paradigms to be challenged by me—that takes courage on another level. That most do not ever do!
Nothing but admiration and respect for every single person.
Everyone experienced growth. They gained control, let go, released what no longer served them, dissolved old patterns, and created real shifts within themselves.
By the first break, the day had already exceeded their expectations.
It does exactly what I say it does.
I'm absolutely buzzing for every single one of them and can't wait to see how these shifts ripple into their lives.
The journey has only just begun. 🙌
