But because we have forgotten this innate ability due to spiritual amnesia and we have not been told this at an early age, we plod through life totally unaware by…

What we say
What we think
How we feel
Where our energy is vibrating all contributing to what unfolds in our lives

So by catching yourself when saying…

I’m always ill
I’m never lucky
I never have enough money
I’m not clever enough for my ideal job
I’m not loveable

Words like…
It’s a nightmare
I hate that
I look horrible
It’s hard

Where our attention goes- energy flows
our energy creates a reality based upon a reflection that mirrors all that internal stuff

So pay attention to all the above, by making positive little steps it doesn’t take long to begin noticing what starts shifting in your outer world

Moving forward into the unknown can feel daunting
Creating unwanted emotions of uncertainty, concern, fear and anxiety etc

Thoughts become overwhelming, what started out small, fun and exciting, turns into something huge and impossible 😱😥🫣🫪🫩🫨😦

Stop… Breathe
Say to self, let’s just take one step at a time
The more tiny steps you take moving forward the next step will naturally show up

By doing so it helps to soothe the mind
A soothed mind helps keep the nervous system calm
A calm nervous system helps to keep the body from being in flight and fight which can opening self up to unwanted illnesses

From a calm balanced state you take the next step
Life feels like it’s moving with ease and flow
Your less stressed allowing the excitement to return ☺️

We can get to focused upon the end game such as,
New home, job, project etc
That we don’t actually enjoy the journey getting there
So bit by bit one step at a time 😊

Belle our beautiful girl has been missing since Christmas she had a distinct wobble as she walks which is noticable , we have recently received some information regarding her disappearence and someone may have thought it was ok to take her but thats not the case she has an owner and she is chipped so please could you bring her back home and leave her on the estate we are heart broken we have had her since she was born and she has now just gone 8 years old.😢🙏💔.

What is FEAR 🫣

Have you noticed that the mind has an ability of conjuring up a false movie that starts with a tiny element of fear

Ie;
New relationship
New job

When things are going right a fear thought pops in such as…

What if this relationship is like the last
What if I don’t succeed in my new role

From that we make up a false story in the mind of something so unwanted that we begin sabotaging the new relationship or job etc

By understanding that the mind is designed to keep you safe and not happy
It senses a natural unsure emotion, which it then interprets as danger so it does its best at preventing you moving forward in that direction by telling you through emotion of fear

Maybe i won’t date that person
Maybe it’s best to stay in my old job 😑

The brain likes familiarity even when it’s dysfunctional

This awareness of how our minds work
The next time FEAR creeps in
Just observe it
See what its doing and begin calming that emotion so you stop the fear response and
Tell a different story instead…

I’m grateful for my journey, my past has helped me grow, I move forward with a new sense of self and my relationships will reflect that 🫶

I’m not sure now my job will go, I wouldn’t have felt inspired to change if it hadn’t of felt right

Bit by bit fear gets less
We need a little ego to help us survive but not to the point of it controlling our lives 😊

For those of you curious about ‘Manifestations’
may find this interesting 🤗

Earth 🌍 is the only planet that we get to really enjoy manifesting and creating something that’s wanted into our reality 😃

Contrary to the narrative of what we have been told the universe is teaming with life with planets 🪐 etc holding different vibrational dimensions
This meaning what’s thought about creates instant manifesting

Our 3d planet 🌍 we get to use our imagination
Because everything starts with a thought 💭

We get to play with ideas - shape and morph to what’s really wanted
See it unfolding at a perfect pace
Make changes along the way
Tell stories about it and then see it created in front of our eyes ie;

New job
New home
New relationship
New self
New adventure etc

If we could have instant manifestation of our desires there would be no surprises, no excitement, no room for change

So if your feeling impatient that your desires what ever they are, aren’t happening trust that they are and use this time to set your intentions, focus upon what you actually want, talk about them and feel what it would be like as if they have already happened

Most importantly have fun and enjoy the journey because you will catch up with what you are truly wanting ☺️

Good morning 😊 how many of you are checking in with self before you start your day 🫣

Over the years I’ve suggested many tools such as the

Shower 🚿 technique- while showering that’s the perfect time to ask yourself…

How am I feeling today?
Calm frustrated Anxious/stressed

Seeing where you are emotionally & energetically you can then ask ‘Why’ 🤷‍♀️

What’s creating frustration?
Why feel anxious & stressed

What ever the reason is are you able to soothe those unwanted thoughts by telling yourself something else ☺️

Such as…

That’s not my responsibility
That’s out of my control
I’m doing the best I can
Things always workout fine
Maybe I’m being shown to slow down
Etc etc

You can use this technique while having your morning cuppa 🍵
While taking a moment while these mornings are sunny to be outside and ground

Main thing is by going into action, checking in with self, taking a breather all helps to gain a much broader perspective of what maybe troubling you ☺️

Go easy on self today because you are incredible and your doing amazing 😊
