Moving forward into the unknown can feel daunting
Creating unwanted emotions of uncertainty, concern, fear and anxiety etc
Thoughts become overwhelming, what started out small, fun and exciting, turns into something huge and impossible 😱😥🫣🫨😦

Say to self, let’s just take one step at a time
The more tiny steps you take moving forward the next step will naturally show up
By doing so it helps to soothe the mind
A soothed mind helps keep the nervous system calm
A calm nervous system helps to keep the body from being in flight and fight which can opening self up to unwanted illnesses
From a calm balanced state you take the next step
Life feels like it’s moving with ease and flow
Your less stressed allowing the excitement to return ☺️
We can get to focused upon the end game such as,
New home, job, project etc
That we don’t actually enjoy the journey getting there
So bit by bit one step at a time 😊
