It's me!!!

✨ Meet Kirsty from Kirsty’s Calm Club ✨

Hello! I’m Kirsty, founder of Kirsty’s Calm Club, which I started in 2019.

After having such an amazing experience attending baby classes with my first wee boy, I just didn’t want it to end. With a background as a Mental Health Occupational Therapist working for the NHS, I was passionate about creating something that focused not only on babies, but on mums’ wellbeing too. I wanted to create a space that nurtures both mum and baby.

Now, as a mum to two boys, I balance working part-time with the NHS alongside my growing business. I’m delighted to offer classes in Hamilton, Carluke, Larkhall and Strathaven, as well as a monthly Mums Relaxation Class, giving mums the chance to pause, recharge and take some well-deserved time for themselves.

If you know any new mums looking for a welcoming, supportive community, please spread the word. 💛

✨ You can meet Kirsty in person at our Pregnancy, Birth & Postnatal Event on Saturday 3rd October, 1–3pm, at the Village Centre, East Kilbride. Come along to chat, find out more about Kirsty’s wonderful classes, and meet lots of other fantastic local pregnancy, birth and postnatal businesses all under one roof.

Had the best night on Thursday at the The Wave Collective | Networking & Wellness in Lanarkshire monthly chatter night. We were joined by THE JOY MOVEMENT with Dr. Sarah Madigan who talked really powerfully about joy and our most important relationship in our life - the one with ourselves. It made me reflect on many things, one being the meaning of success. And my goodness I am successful in so many other ways apart from this business. It's just a lovely added bonus 🤎.
