💜 Meet the Team! 💜

Today, we’re introducing the wonderful Bobby! ✨

Hi I’m Bobby 👋🏻 and I’ve been part of the Harmonize Care family for around 7 years now.

I’m a Senior Carer, and what I love most about my role is building meaningful relationships with the people we support and helping them maintain their independence, dignity and quality of life.

Working for Rachel at Harmonize isn’t just a job, it’s a family. Not just with my colleagues but our clients too. We all care deeply about the clients we see daily and always go that one step further to ensure we make a positive impact on their life.

Outside of work, I try to leave the country as much as possible and enjoy travelling whenever I get the chance, I’m always planning my next adventure! If I’m not on a plane you’ll find me with the fishes in the sea 🤿 🌊

Working at Harmonize has given me so many opportunities to grow both personally and professionally. I’m proud to be part of such a supportive team that genuinely cares about both its staff and the people we support ❤️

Today we’re introducing Mick, who has been a valued member of the Harmonize Care family for 5 years!

Some words from Mick himself…
“I’ve worked for Harmonize now for 5 years, a lot of which I have been Health and Safety Lead. I enjoy my varied job role, which also includes mini bus driving.

I spend half of the week working in the Long Melford office and two days working at the day centre in Brandon.

I enjoy painting (the art kind not DIY) and particularly like pastels as a medium. In my youth I had a trial for Colchester United as a goalkeeper, obviously never went any further than the trial but it was an experience that will stay with me.

I am now getting to the stage where I am looking at my options as retirement rushes ever closer, my initial plan is to carry on here part time and also give more time to art.”

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care and support to individuals in their own home. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of care plans, and the ability to work effectively with both clients and their families.

💜 Breif Role Description: 💜
• Providing support with domestic tasks in and out of the home
• Sensitive assistance with personal care routines, such as dressing and bathing
• Medication management and administration
• Rehabilitation and home-from-hospital care
• Specialist care for complex conditions
• Safe mobility around the home
• Meal preparation and cooking
• Companionship and emotional support

•Medication Management
• Personal Care
• Meal Preparation
• Domestic Services
• Shopping
• Companionship
• Accessing the Community
• Health or Social Appointments Es**rt
• Waking Night Service (If required)
• Sleep in Service (If required)

‼️ Requirements: ‼️
Do you have what it takes to be a care assistant?
• Valid driving licence and your own transport. (preferable)
• Kind and compassionate
• A supportive and caring nature
• Reliable and trustworthy
• Good verbal and written English skills
• The ability to always be professional
• The ability to support the service user with all aspects of personal care, including washing, personal hygiene, dressing and assisting with meals.
• We are looking for candidates that have the ability to put a smile on people faces.

Salary: £12.75 per hour and £13.80 at the weekend
