The Summer Solstice marks the longest day of the year and the official beginning of summer ☀️

For centuries, cultures around the world have celebrated this turning point as a time of light, energy, growth, and connection.

It’s a chance to pause, soak up the abundance of the season, and set intentions for the months ahead.

This year, we’re celebrating with two special Summer Solstice experiences designed to help you connect with yourself, nature, and community.

YOGA, BREATHWORK & MEDITATION BY THE SEA

⏰8.45-10am (summer solstice is 9.24am)
📍The Hideout, Seaburn Promenade

Welcome the longest day of the year with a nourishing morning by the sea.

Join .ofthepause and for a grounding practice of yoga (flow and yin), breathwork and guided meditation as we connect with the energy of the Summer Solstice.

We’ll move, breathe intentionally, soak up the morning sun, set intentions for the season ahead and reset for summer together.

If the weather is bad, the class will then take place in the Wellness Space studio.

*Please note half the spaces are already gone for this as there is a limit incase we need to move it in-studio.

Let’s honour the energy of the Summer Solstice — a sacred celebration of light, vitality, expansion and transformation.

Through ceremonial cacao, a fiery yoga flow, conscious breath work, guided journaling and a shamanic journey, this immersive experience is designed to open the heart, awaken the spirit and bring you into deeper alignment with yourself and the rhythms of nature.

But when you’re a business owner AND have a family AND have a million and one things to do, that savasana hits differently.

HUGE shout out to . She’s been a student of ours for years. And, like many of us, she’s got SUCH a busy life and could easily put her yoga and meditation at the bottom of the pile, but she doesn’t 🙌🏼

As we move into the joys of summer, the studio continues to be a space to ground, energise, and restore. Whether you’ve been practising with us for years or are just beginning your journey, this month is a beautiful time to make space for moments that help you feel good from the inside out.

With beach yoga now back in full swing, our summer schedule upon us, and some awesome events in the calendar, we’re looking forward to sharing another month of movement, connection, and mindful practice with you.

Hannah has been coming to Wellness Space for years and you may have seen her around before.

We are super happy to have Hannah now on the regular schedule.

She has the best chilled vibe, her classes are beautiful and she is a certified Prenatal Yoga Teacher.

Join us this Saturday and every Saturday 8-9am in summer for beach yoga on Seaburn Promenade.
