Passed away peacefully at Sunderland Royal Hospital surrounded by his loving family, on 23rd May 2026, aged 73 years. A loving dad and best friend to Sam, Tom and Jack. A special grandad to Alfie, Harper, Lyla, Archie, Faith and Jack. Also a dear brother, brother in law, uncle, cousin and friend to many. A much loved nana of Taylor and Ashton. A dear mother in law of Marc, Anth and Chris. Also a dear sister of Margaret, an aunt and friend of many.

Family and friends please meet for service at St Paul's Church, Ryhope on Friday 29th May 2026 at 12.45pm, followed by a committal at Sunderland Crematorium at 1.30pm.

All are welcome to Ryhope Cricket Club following the committal to continue the celebration of Ann's life.

Suddenly but peacefully in hospital on 19th April, James (Jimmy), aged 77 years. Loving brother to Dolly and brother in law to John. Also a loving uncle, cousin and friend to many.

Please meet for service at Sunderland Crematorium on Thursday 14th May at 10am. Donations in lieu of flowers to Cancer Research, a donation box will be available at the Crematorium. Jim wanted everyone to wear a splash of red.
