Temporary Clinic Update 🔊

Unfortunately, due to a fractured hand that has now been placed in a cast, I will be unable to carry out treatments for the next 2–3 weeks while it heals.

And yes, for those who have been following the ongoing hand saga, this is a new injury altogether!

I understand this may be disappointing for those with upcoming appointments, and I sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding.

I will be contacting all affected patients as soon as possible to discuss rescheduling and next steps. Also to offer appointments with Rhian for those that need to be seen.

Thank you for bearing with me during this time. I look forward to getting back treating all of you soon, I’ll be back as soon as I can!

Excited to officially announce the sponsorship of Lacey Owen & Vinnie 💙

From the very beginning, the main focus behind In Sync Osteopathy has always been treating horse and rider as a partnership — because optimal performance comes when both are moving and feeling their best together.

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Lacey and Vinnie over the past few years as they compete in the world of British Dressage, supporting them both through treatment aimed at improving mobility, aiding muscle recovery, and helping maintain performance throughout training and competition.

Alongside hands-on treatment, tailored exercises and rehabilitation plans have helped continue strengthening them as a combination moving forward.

⚠️ Equine Influenza Alert ⚠️

With recent cases of equine influenza reported, we’d like to remind all clients to stay vigilant and keep a close eye on their horses’ health.

Common symptoms can include:

🚨 High temperature
🚨 Persistent coughing
🚨 Nasal discharge
🚨 Lethargy or reduced appetite

If your horse shows any of these signs, please isolate them immediately and contact your vet for advice.

We also kindly ask that before any equine osteopathy appointments, horses are fit, well, and free from symptoms. If you have any concerns about your horse’s health prior to your appointment, please get in touch to rearrange.

Keeping vaccinations up to date is also one of the best ways to help reduce the spread and severity of the virus.

Day spent in Hereford treating Louise Harwood and the beautiful Native Spirit — eventer turned showjumper, keeping those hard-working muscles feeling their best and moving freely.

Then Benji and I had a lesson with Louise before heading home… safe to say I’m very glad I treated them before I got on, we will both sleep be sleeping well tonight 😅🫠

We’ve kept this change as minimal as possible and, as always, remain dedicated to providing the best care for all of our clients,
