Heidi Scribe in Your Consultation
To help our clinicians focus more on you and less on note-taking, this practice may use Heidi Scribe during your consultation.
Heidi Scribe is an NHS England approved clinical documentation tool that assists clinicians in accurately documenting consultation notes. It is classified as a Tier 1 Medical Device, and full Digital Clinical Safety assessments have been completed before its use within the practice.
The tool helps create consultation notes from the conversation between you and your clinician, improving accuracy and allowing more time for direct patient care.
Your privacy and confidentiality remain very important to us. All information is handled in accordance with NHS information governance and data protection requirements.
If you have any questions or concerns about the use of Heidi Scribe, please let your clinician know before or during your consultation.

Not sure where to go when you need urgent medical care? An Urgent Treatment Centre (UTC) could be the right place. 🏥💙

Urgent Treatment Centres provide medical care for illnesses and injuries that need prompt attention but are not life-threatening. They can help you get the right treatment without visiting A&E. 👍

You may be able to visit an Urgent Treatment Centre for:
🩹 Minor burns and scalds
🤕 Sprains and strains
🦴 Minor broken bones and fractures
✂️ Cuts and wounds that may need stitches
🌡️ Minor infections and illnesses
🐜 Insect bites and stings
👂 Ear and throat infections
🤒 Fever or minor head injuries

Always call 999 or go to A&E if someone has a life-threatening emergency, such as:
🚨 Chest pain or suspected heart attack
🚨 Signs of a stroke
🚨 Severe breathing difficulties
🚨 Serious injuries or heavy bleeding
🚨 Loss of consciousness

We’re delighted to announce that our **Glascote Cooking Skills sessions** are now open for booking! 🙌

📅 **Every Friday from 6th November to 11th December 2026 at The Family Hub, Hawksworth, Glascote B77 2ER**

Choose the time that works best for you:

🌅 **AM Slot:** 10am–12pm
🌤️ **PM Slot:** 1pm–2pm

These **FREE sessions** will help you:

🥦 Prepare healthier, nutritious meals
