Recent news from Hull has understandably raised concerns about the care and standards families should expect from a funeral director. Robert Bush's 20 year sentence will not take away any of the distress and anguish the families went through. His crimes represent the most serious breaches of trust.

As I've mentioned before, I am regularly inspected and voluntarily regulated under the UK Funeral Director Code. I am also a proud member of SAIF (Society of Allied and Independent Funeral Directors) who ensure their members uphold the highest standard in the funeral industry.

I hope this is reassuring to families and please NEVER BE AFRAID TO ASK QUESTIONS about how or where your loved one is being looked after. I will always explain every step clearly and honestly. 🎩🌹
