We’re recruiting: Female Support Worker | Eastleigh

Harland Care Services, part of Parador Group, is looking for a warm, patient and reliable Support Worker to join an established care team supporting a 63-year-old woman in her own home.

- £15.71 per hour
- Full and part-time contracted hours
- Minimum 21 hours per week
- Early, late and alternate weekend shifts

Previous care experience is required, ideally within brain injury support or behaviours that challenge. Specialist training will be provided.

Complex care needs specific skills.

For those supporting people with complex health needs, training cannot be generic or treated as a one-off exercise.

It must be shaped around the individual, delivered by people with the right clinical expertise and reinforced through ongoing competency assessment and support.

It must also extend beyond the purely clinical, and support carers to enable the client to achieve their desired outcomes.

That is how knowledge becomes confidence, and confidence becomes safer, more consistent, person-centred care.

We’re looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead and support our southern care teams, helping to deliver safe, high-quality and person-centred care.

You’ll oversee quality and compliance, support staffing and recruitment, mobilise new care packages and work closely with our regional nurses.

Care operations experience and a strong understanding of CQC standards are essential. Recruitment experience is desirable but not required.
