You'll be in safe hands with me, Kat, a women's pelvic health physio guiding you every step of the way and giving you adaptations or progressions when you need it.
While you get the chance to do something for you, your little one can play happily on the playmat, with toys and I'm always happy for a cuddle to keep them happy while you get to focus on you.
