A huge well done to the CareYourWay Stockport team 🌸, who recently took on the Great Manchester Run 🏁 to raise vital funds for Signpost for Carers an incredible local charity supporting unpaid carers across Stockport 🫶✨.

After months of training, determination, and plenty of perseverance, the team crossed the finish line having raised almost £1,200 for a cause that makes a real difference in the local community 🌟👏.

Signpost for Carers provides invaluable support to people who dedicate so much of their lives to caring for others, often behind the scenes and without recognition 🤝💜.

This fantastic achievement reflects the team's commitment not only to the people they support through their work every day, but also to the wider community around them 🌿.
