Our phone lines into the surgery are still not working but have been diverted to our branch site in Mount Hawke.

If you do require an appointment you are welcome to come into reception in St Agnes or Mount Hawke and book an appointment.

!!!!!!!!! PATIENT INFORMATION UPDATE !!!!!!!!!

Our clinical system is now back up and running, but our phones are still not working, we will be redirecting our calls through our branch site in Mount Hawke.

We may still experience some technical issues during the day whilst we try and get up and running.

We would like to thank everyone for the kind messages of support we received. We would also like to thank our local IT team for all of their hardwork, our local PCN practices for their support Perranporth Surgery , Carnon Downs Surgery and Chacewater Health Centre.

Our biggest thanks go to our staff for all of their hardwork ensuring patients were still seen, medication still given out and appointments rearranged where necessary to support patient safety.

!!!!!!!!!! PATIENT INFORMATION!!!!!!!!!!!

The surgery did suffer with a strike by the lightning last night, our phones and Internet are not working, we are trying hard currently to have our phones redirected to our branch site in Mount Hawke, any patients seeing Dr Aldridge or Dr Bellis this morning will now be seen at Mount Hawke.

Dr White will be at St Agnes and we will still have our nurses at St Agnes, we have limited access to patient records so please be aware if the clinician feels unable to manage your appointment safely, you will be asked to rebook.

Our teams are working hard to ensure we can continue to see patients but please be kind as we are working under immense pressure.
