We also have a little special treat for those of you who can attend mid week saunas - a reward system will enable you to earn money off future visits if you book midweek afternoon saunas throughout June !

A full day of learning and absorbing everything sauna … we can’t wait to come home and share what we’ve learnt with you all. This month we will be delivering the first of our special evening sessions hosted by the North East Folklore society! “ Steam, Salt & Stories: Folklore Sessions”

For centuries, folk have gathered around fires in their community to share stories; stories that share hope, guidance, and wonder.
This summer, join the North East Folklore Society and Steam & Salt for sauna folklore sessions - evenings of myth and magic by the sauna fire, sharing tales of the North East’s history to inspire wonder and grow our beautiful community.
Bring a story to share, or just sit back, enjoy the heat and be fascinated by the folklore stories on offer from others!
