I’m so excited to finally launch something local as part of my new womens wellness events 💚

As much as I love working with women online, there is something special about getting together in person, moving your body, chatting with like-minded women and starting the week in a positive way.

That’s why I’m launching The Monday Morning Reset!

Every Monday morning we’ll meet at Foresters Coffee Shop in Uckfield for a relaxed walk followed by a short nutrition discussion and the chance to ask any questions you have about food, weight loss, habits and wellbeing.

This isn’t a bootcamp.
There are no weigh-ins.
No judgement.
No pressure.

Just a welcoming space for women who want to improve their health, build confidence and connect with others.
