It is with enormous sadness that we share the news that our Vice President, Christine Chalmers, has passed away.
Christine served on the MCA Executive Committee for more than 24 years, including 17 years as Vice President. Her extraordinary commitment to the MCA, her strength and determination, and her remarkable insight into the chiropractic profession earned her the respect and affection of so many.
Christine was a fiercely loyal advocate for the MCA and its members, and her wisdom, judgement and unwavering support have been an enormous part of our Association for more than two decades.
For me personally, Christine was far more than a colleague and Vice President. She was my dearest friend and my right hand for many years. Her loss is immeasurable.
The MCA has lost an exceptional Vice President, our profession has lost a formidable advocate, and many of us have lost a very special friend.
She will be deeply missed and remembered with enormous affection, gratitude and respect.
