💗 A LITTLE UPDATE REGARDING YOUR SAFETY & MINE 💗

I wanted to let you all know about a small change I’ll be making at Wellnesswithinbylaura.

Unfortunately, there has been some negativity in the news recently regarding unwanted attention and inappropriate behaviour towards massage therapists. Thankfully, I have always been very lucky and have never had any serious issues myself — but I also believe you can never be too careful when it comes to safety.

I will therefore be installing CCTV outside the salon, pointing towards the entrance/door.

✨ Please don’t worry — there will absolutely NOT be any CCTV inside the treatment room. ✨

The camera will simply record people entering and leaving the salon, providing an extra layer of security and reassurance for me.

Going forward, all appointments will also need to be booked through my booking app. This means I will receive the necessary client details when a booking is made, and these details will need to be confirmed before your appointment.

I love, love, LOVE my job and I absolutely adore the clients I’ve built up over the last year, but my safety has to be my top priority too.

I hope you can all understand and support this small change. 🥰

I just wanted to say a HUGE thank you to everyone who has been booking in with me recently 🥹💗
I genuinely appreciate every single booking, recommendation, share, review and returning client more than you know. It means so much to me and I’m so grateful for all of your continued support of Wellnesswithinbylaura 🥰✨

Just a little reminder regarding bookings made through the app:

✨ Deposits are required to secure your appointment unless I have specifically told you otherwise.

If the deposit isn’t paid, the app will automatically cancel the appointment after 24 hours.

I always try my very best to message and check in if I notice a deposit hasn’t been paid, but with the amount of bookings and messages I’m currently receiving, unfortunately I can’t always keep up with them all.

So please make sure your deposit is paid when booking to avoid losing your appointment 💗
I also have some availability remaining for September, but it is very limited!

I’ll be posting my remaining September availability shortly, so keep your eyes peeled 👀💗
