At OT4Life, we believe knowledge should be shared, not kept behind closed doors.

Our workshops are delivered by an experienced Specialist Occupational Therapist and are designed to provide practical, real world advice that people can use immediately. Whether we are supporting care staff, families, carers, or members of the community, our aim is always the same: to improve safety, wellbeing, independence, and quality of life.

From falls prevention and moving and handling to dementia awareness and specialist seating, our sessions are interactive, engaging, and tailored to the people in the room.

Are you struggling to get around your home safely, or sit comfortably in your chair to watch tv or read a book? Is it painful to try to get up from sitting in the chair? OT4life can help you by visiting you at home to do a seating or mobility assessment, and guide you to the right type of equipment you may need to make your life a bit easier. We are not sales people, we are trained occupational therapists with years of hospital and community experience.
Our aim is to complete an assessment within 2/3 weeks of receiving a referral.

Living with long-term conditions such as Crohn’s disease, IBD, colitis, IBS and fibromyalgia can affect every part of daily life — from fatigue and pain to work, self-care and mental wellbeing.

Occupational Therapy can help people manage symptoms, conserve energy, build routines, adapt activities, reduce stress and maintain independence so they can continue doing the things that matter most to them.

If ill health or long-term sickness is affecting your work, OT4Life can also help liaise with employers to support reasonable adjustments, phased returns, workplace support and strategies to help you remain in or return to work safely and confidently.

OT4Life can provide Vocational Occupational Health assessments and we visit you at home, within 2-3 weeks from receiving your referral.
