🌟 Meet the Team: Dr Mustafa🌟

We are delighted to introduce Dr Abdul Mustafa, one of our GP Partners at Trinity Medical Centre.

Dr Mustafa joined the practice as a Partner in 2009 after completing his GP training in 2008. Prior to becoming a GP, he worked in hospitals across Pontefract, Leeds, Bradford and Huddersfield, gaining extensive experience in surgery and urology.

With a passion for both patient care and medical education, Dr Mustafa has played an important role in developing Trinity Medical Centre into a successful training practice. He supports the education of undergraduate medical students from the University of Leeds and postgraduate GP registrars, helping to train the next generation of healthcare professionals.

In addition to his work within the practice, Dr Mustafa is a GP Trainer, Training Programme Director for the Heart of Yorkshire GP Training Scheme, and an Honorary Senior Lecturer at the University of Leeds School of Medicine.

Dr Mustafa is also the Clinical Lead for Research at Conexus Healthcare. His clinical interests include minor surgery, men's health and prostate cancer services. Within Trinity Medical Centre, he leads on Clinical Governance and Quality Improvement, helping to ensure our patients receive safe, effective and high-quality care.

Outside of work, Dr Mustafa enjoys spending time with his family, cycling, travelling and following football.

🌟 MEET THE TEAM 🌟

We are delighted to introduce one of our fantastic Practice Nurses, Rose! 👋💙

Rose has been a nurse for 15 years, bringing a wealth of experience and knowledge to our team. Her nursing career began in gynaecology before moving through a variety of surgical specialties including orthopaedics, urology, colorectal surgery, and theatre recovery. She then spent time working in district nursing across Wakefield before joining the team here at Trinity Medical Centre.

🌼 Rose has a specialist interest in diabetes care and is passionate about providing compassionate, patient-centred support. She enjoys working closely with patients to help them understand their condition and feel empowered to make positive changes at a pace that feels right for them.

💉 Alongside diabetes management, Rose is skilled in all aspects of practice nursing, including:

✅ Cervical screening
✅ Childhood immunisations
✅ Wound care
✅ Long-term condition management

📚 When she's not at work, Rose loves spending quality time with her family and can often be found immersed in a good book. She's a keen reader and always enjoys discovering her next great read!

🌟 Meet the Team 🌟

We are delighted to introduce Roz, our wonderful Reception Manager! 👋

Roz joined Trinity Medical Centre in July 2022 as a Receptionist. Thanks to her hard work and dedication, she progressed to Reception Coordinator and was recently promoted to Reception Manager, where she now leads a team of 23 reception staff. Her role involves overseeing all aspects of reception, including appointments, prescriptions, telephone calls and scanning, helping to ensure the practice runs smoothly every day.

What Roz enjoys most about her role is meeting patients and making sure they receive a positive experience whenever they contact or visit the practice. She is passionate about supporting her team to provide excellent customer service and helping patients leave feeling happy and well cared for.

Outside of work, Roz is a proud mum to her 16-year-old son and loves spending quality time with her family. She also enjoys holidays, trips away and discovering new places to eat. ✈️🍴❤️

⭐ Meet the team⭐

Kristine joined TMC as a Receptionist in May 2023. After spending three months on reception, she moved into the Admin team, where she worked for two years before joining the Healthcare Assistant team in September 2025. 😍

Originally from Latvia, Kristine has lived in the UK for the past 13 years and speaks fluent Latvian, Russian, and English.

She is a proud mum of two wonderful children – her daughter, who has recently turned 18, and her 7-year-old son. Outside of work, Kristine has been a nail care and waxing specialist for the past 14 years. She enjoys travelling, spa days, dancing, and anything beauty related.

What Kristine enjoys most about being a Healthcare Assistant is helping patients, offering reassurance, and providing a listening ear when they need it most. Her favourite part of the role is supporting patients who arrive feeling nervous or anxious and seeing them leave their appointment feeling more relaxed, confident, and reassured.

Kristine is passionate about learning new skills and continues to grow every day in her role. She also feels incredibly fortunate to work alongside such a supportive team, and says her colleagues make even the most challenging days brighter.

When she's not at work, Kristine's happy place is anywhere by the sea. Being close to the water helps her clear her mind, relax, and find strength.

Kristine believes that kindness, compassion, and a smile can make a real difference to someone's day. She feels privileged to be able to support the patients and community she serves, and is a valued member of the TMC team.
