Today we stand with those who are experiencing suicidal thoughts and remind them that help is available. Reaching out can be difficult, but you don’t have to face things alone.

As a bereavement charity, we are also thinking of those who have lost someone to su***de, and recognise the deep and lasting impact of their death πŸ’›

You dont have to face things alone, help is available.

Samaritans: call 116 123, available 24/7
SHOUT: text SHOUT to 85258, available 24/7
NHS 111: Dial 111 and select the option for mental health support or if you are in immediate danger or seriously self-harmed call 999 or attend your nearest A&E department.
