I have one space remaining for the Reiki Drum Practitioners course on the 13th and 14th June.

Held at my Reiki and Meditation Space in Ware Herts

Open to Reiki level 2 and above.

What the weekend includes:

Exploring the Studies, Benefits and Origins behind Reiki Drum Healing

Your Reiki Drum Ceremony

A Journey to connect to the Healing Spirit of your drum

Drumming the Reiki Symbols, feeling into their sound vibrations

Reiki Drum '1:1' full healing treatments and practical

Reiki Drum journeying plus practical

Reiki Drumming to harmonise/empower each of the Chakras

Drumming for Distant healing

Reiki Drumming for positive mental and emotional reprogramming (this technique is incredible).

A certificate will be presented to you upon completion of the weekend which will qualify you as a Reiki Drum Practitioner.

Following on from the course you will be able to offer; Reiki Drum Healing Treatments, Reiki Drum Journeys as a 1:1 or to groups should you wish, and also Reiki Drum Positive Mental Programming as healing modality.

Peonies 🌸

Mum and I braved the downpours this morning to visit the Peony farm near Cambridge before it closes on Thursday.

My absolute favourite flower and favourite time of the year.

The seemingly endless unfolding petals of these incredible blooms.

Known as the ‘King of a Hundred Flowers’

Representing good luck and good fortune.

Happiness, wealth and romance.

To me, peonies embody the essence of love and hope - their delicate petals holding the promise of beauty, joy, and new beginnings.

With a history spanning more than 3,000 years, peonies were first cultivated in ancient China, reaching Japan by the 8th century, and later to Europe where they flourished in gardens throughout the 19th century.

Oh and as an added bonus apparently peony petals are edible (not that I’ve tried) 😊

‘Let Us Be Love’ Day Retreat 2026

Saturday, 11th July. 10:30am – 4pm.

A day filled to the brim with Heart Centred Practices - a day to be held in Love. (This was one of my favourite events in 2025)

In a magical setting surrounded by woodlands there is a Yurt and an Ark and a Strawbale studio.

Between the trees lies an Earth Labyrinth which you can walk to gain answers and guidance for your life's journey.

As soon as you close the gate behind you and step onto the pebbled path you seem to leave all worries and concerns behind.

I am super excited to be back at Michael's folly (Epping Green Herts) this summer, I have been hiring this beautiful setting during the summer months for over 15 years.

The 'Let Us Be Love' day retreat will include:

The importance of Self Love and Self Compassion

Cultivating the limitless flavours/qualities of the heart through varied forms of Meditation practice

Drum Journeys

Connecting to the whispers of our hearts and setting our heartfelt intentions (to create our wishes, goals, visions and dreams)

The nurtured heart approach practice (which is so beautiful)

A journaling exercise and silent practice

Group healing with the Buddhist Metta (loving/kindness) Meditation

A Fire Ceremony/Earth Offering

Walking the Earth Labyrinth to the very centre of your heart

On May 31st (Today), we experience a rare Blue Moon! We have all heard the saying “once in a blue moon”!

A blue moon occurs when there’s a second full moon in one month, which only happens every two to three years.

This blue moon falls in the sign of Sagittarius – think; optimistic, big, brave and bold. Looking for the silver lining and seeking adventure. Stepping out of your comfort zone. Believing in yourself - knowing that you can become anything you set your heart to.

As always blue moons represent completion, trust and surrender.

An invitation to drop anything that feels sticky, that is niggling away or feels unresolved. Some things don’t need a resolution, they just require you to rise above the situation which means putting down that which feels heavy to see the bigger picture from a higher and wiser perspective.

What am I making more precious than it needs to be?

Allow the magnetic pull of this Blue Moon to help lift what has been weighing on your heart.

This blue moon is inviting you to choose what to give life to. Which direction do you wish to walk in – where will this lead you? Is this generous, is this kind, is it productive? Are you aligning with that which is wise and loving within you.

As we approach this new cycle, this new chapter you can match the frequency today of how you wish to feel moving forwards.

If there is a way of being that you have been longing to change, the Sagittarius Blue Moon can offer powerful transformation. It is an excellent time to create space for new beginnings, draw in healthier habits, release limiting mindsets, and take inspired action into the new.

It was a truly beautiful retreat back at our picturesque resort in Sardinia.

It is hard to find the words to describe our Sardinia Retreat experience.

So I am hoping the pictures say it all 😊

We shared Meditations in the courtyard and on the beach, New Moon Ceremonies & intention setting, Drum Journeys, an Offering to the waters of the Earth, Yoga, Self-Empowerment Workshops, an immersive Sound Bath, (a sunrise swim in the sea for some of the braver guests :))! Delicious Dining and lots of relaxation by the gigantic pool. Utter Bliss.

So many 'it's a sign' moments; including a modern day, real life Monk walking slowly past our gathering on the beach to quietly meditate on a nearby rock 🙏🏻

The biggest thank you to all the incredible souls who put their trust in this retreat - for opening your huge hearts, for the beautiful and meaningful connections which were formed, the lifelong friendships created, the tears of release, the joy, the laughter and the hugs. 🌟

We held each other’s hands as we held each other’s hearts. 💜

Thank you to Sam for putting up with me and all of my flapping 🙂 And for always being you!

Thank you to our ‘Yoga Goddess’ Claire for your sharing your wisdom and love through all of your classes. (and for the majority of these photos, I think Sam and I took about 2 the whole time we were there)

To Danielle for your powerful Reiki sessions, and Kanan for your generosity of heart when sharing your gifts with the guests.

To all of the super friendly staff who once again helped this retreat to move seamlessly through our 5 days together. They said our uplifting energy made it an absolute joy to come into work. How nice is that.

And to the magical land with its ancient lineage of monks who held us so safely nestled between the mountains.

A retreat we will always treasure.

I can’t wait to return next May 14th for 5 nights, full details haven’t been released just yet, although I have already received 28 bookings 😳– Sardinia clearly has a magnetic pull 🥰

Now for a few days to integrate and reflect (and mainly sleep) before I am full steam ahead with our Glastonbury Town retreat prep - 10th September for a 3 night stay in our gorgeous cottages. (a few spaces still available).

A little heartfelt chat with Geoff this morning, letting him know that I’ll be away in Sardinia on my retreat for 9 days.
To take good care of his wife and cygnets whilst I’m gone - and I’ll be back with breakfast club/after school club before he knows it 😊🦢💜 (I’m pretty sure he understood every word 😊😊)

Another really lovely evening at Ware Priory holding a ‘Compassionate Mindfulness’ event for Ware Town Council.

This venue has such a special energy.

A big thank you to all the wonderful souls who came along.

We spoke about how compassion and mindfulness are two wings of the same bird, and how we keep missing the moment we are in, that each moment is precious, completely fresh and will never happen in the same way twice.

We discussed the importance of truly caring for our present moment-by-moment experience.

We meditated and cultivated the positive ‘flavours of the heart’ – the care, compassion, kindness, friendliness, gentleness, and also the courage of our hearts.

And then closed with a little drumming and mantra.

Back here at the end of July for the ‘Heartfelt Laws of Attraction’ workshop.
