🌿 I’ve trained in different many different styles of lymphatic drainage, but I don’t stick to just one way of doing things.

I’ve learned so many different approaches over the years — from gentle, light-touch methods to more targeted, sculpting styles — and I use them differently depending on who’s in front of me.

Sometimes it’s traditional MLD.
Sometimes it’s more focused on contouring and tone.
Often I blend them together.

The difference isn’t about labels — it’s about having the knowledge to see what you really need, and using the best technique that’s right for you at ANY given time. When you book with me, I promise you, that I will make sure you receive the best option for YOU.
