Join our friendly yoga community in Irchester Parsons Hall every Thursday evening 7pm - 815pm £10 pay as you go. Yoga isn't a competition in flexibility you don't need to be flexible. No expectations or pressure to perform real yoga for real people. Everyone is welcome here.

Just to let everyone know there will be a yoga class every Thursday at Parsons Hall in Irchester 7pm-8.15pm except the 14th May no class.
