In short, Lucy is brilliant!
Friendly, gentle and kind.
I've always had problems with my ears since I was a kid.
In those days I had them syringed. This new modern and correct me if I'm wrong - sonic technique - is amazing.

I couldn't believe the size of the gunk that Lucy retrieved from my ears. They were like Torpedoes!

I'll be booking 6 monthly visits for maintenance/checkups from now on as it was 18 months between my two visits and in that time my ears filled up again with wax and wotnot.

Highly recommended.
