It was a pleasure to facilitate another Love to Move session at the Five Elms PCN Wellbeing Café.

It was wonderful to see everyone getting involved, enjoying the movements and sharing plenty of smiles along the way.

We were also lucky enough to take part in the Singing for Hypertension workshop, which was both really enjoyable and a great reminder of how activities such as music and movement can support health and wellbeing.

We are excited to share that our Director, Karina Brown, been shortlisted as a finalist in the British Franchise Association Awards for the Star Performer Award.

Karina started Home Instead Bromley, Chislehurst & Orpington 13 years ago with the vision and drive to provide the best quality care possible to as many people as possible living in the borough of Bromley.

She recruited like minded people and together we have had the privilege of supporting hundreds of older people and relieving pressure on their family members at the time they most needed help. We are proud to be the only CQC rated Outstanding homecare company in Bromley and a Top 20 homecare provider in Greater London. We have also created hundreds of local jobs, won the employer of excellence awards in 2022 and 2025 and raised the profile of the care sector in our area.
