Neurodivergent Overwhelm...
Sometimes overwhelm is not “too much emotion”.
Sometimes it is too much noise, too much masking, too much pressure, too many decisions, too much pretending to cope.
Living in constant survival mode can leave the nervous system exhausted.
Therapy can provide space to understand those patterns with compassion rather than criticism.
