Festival season is nearly here, and while we all love the music, the atmosphere and the big singalong moments, it’s worth giving your hearing a little thought too 🎶

Loud environments can take their toll when you’re around them for long periods, so a few simple steps can really help — like wearing earplugs, taking regular breaks somewhere quieter, and giving yourself a bit of distance from the speakers.

A good rule of thumb is that the louder the sound, the less time you want to spend right in the middle of it.
