I've never understood why people use foaming cleansers - you might as well wash your face with washing up liquid, strips away all oils, but you need oils on your skin - that's your skin barrier. If you wash with an oil, your skin balances out. Liz even shares her Papaya cleanser with her hubs - yep men can use my products too:

We're definitely into that back-to-school kinda time, and many kids find this transition really difficult. If you think this gentle blend of essential oils might help, why not pop some of this on a burner in their bedroom? I have a range of oil burners too, including this super-cute pink toadstool.

I have 2 workshops coming up in October - get yourself booked in, and feel super-inspired like Laura, "I felt so inspired after this workshop.
