When I first started my healing journey I was shocked to realise just how much my sub-conscious had held on to......fear and sadness during childhood, lack of self belief just from a comment a teacher had made to me, friendship dramas and breakups.....they all took a toll unbeknownst to me! And don't get me started on inherited emotions going back generations!

I am so happy that I can now release these negative emotions from myself and others and I will forever be on a mission to help others clear their emotional baggage and live their best life!
