I started painting stones as part of my holistic movement training in Ireland many moons ago as a means of chronicling the two year training. It opened up my world to working with creativity & embodied movement and dance as a means of healing and later on, the stones became the basis for my Power Stone Cards.

I am happy to be offering my first PAINT YOUR OWN POWER STONE workshop at Gaunts House in Dorset on Saturday, 19th September, 2026, 10-5pm. Cost £85

This day retreat will provide you with the opportunity to paint your own stone and journey inwards as we approach the Autumn Equinox. Held in sacred space, you will explore creativity as a tool for healing and paint a stone as a symbol for personal reflection.

My own process painting the stones led to the creation of my Power Stone Cards, (check out more website for more info.) and inspired deep healing and transformation. I will be sharing my experience showing you how to journey within to connect with your own creative flow.

Places are limited to so early booking recommended. All materials and light refreshments included as well as entry into a raffle for some of my cards :) and access throughout the day to the natural surroundings at the venue.

At last..😬✨😻

Whoohoooo!! Here is my first batch of 5” x 7” greeting card designs. These ones feature my canvas art with some mindful inspiration on front, a blank inside all printed on FSC accredited card with eco envelope and bag to recycle ♻️ (at supermarket) or not if you prefer and/or happy with them all being in just one bag.

Thanks to all for their input and especially to Darron for his support and continuing commitment to making my endeavours :) a reality.

Have them priced individually at £3 each or 4 for £10 when on a stall/in person but I will pick up the p&p for anyone wishing to order all x 8 card designs for £20 in UK only until end of Feb. 2025.
