The Wheel of the Year turns again and we gather on the beach at Sunrise on Litha, the Summer Solstice, on Sunday, 21 June, to meditate, watch the sun rise, dance and connect in community.

This is an opportunity to connect with yourself in the silence of the dawn, the music, the sea and to dance on the beach.

Join us this Friday night at St James Church Community Hall in Pokesdown, Bournemouth for free-flowing movement, embodied release and . This is a conscious dance practice - where we dance sober, substance free, switch off our phones for a few hours and connect to ourselves and others in the dance. There are no steps to follow - just the rhythm of the music and your own feet.

Our theme is This Rhythm Heals... Jude-z will be facilitating and DJing this Friday.

In two weeks time, DJ Motion is on the decks on the 26 June 2026. We have invited local DJs, Facilitators and Sound Practitioners to join us, so there will be a variety of offerings for you to enjoy.

We dance every fortnight. You are welcome just as you are, solo or with friends.
