A trip to Silverstone today for the Wera Tools British Kart Championships! 🏁

A little bit of treatment work around the paddock and a catch-up with some friends racing in the finals.

It’s exciting to see what’s happening in the paddock and gives me plenty to look forward to with Paddock Performance Therapy. Hopefully, next year I will be back doing it properly, with our own trade stand and supporting drivers throughout the race weekend! 🧡🖤
Helmet hologram stickers have arrived and kart hologram stickers are on their way!!

🏁 RACE WEEKEND! 🏁
We’re at Forest Edge Kart Club this weekend for the Southern Championships, and it’s been a busy one for Paddock Performance Therapy!
Our brand-new treatment tent is up and running, and we’ve already had plenty of enquiries and drivers through the door for treatments. It’s fantastic to see how much demand there is for driver performance, recovery and injury prevention within motorsport. 💪🏎️
We’re also incredibly proud to sponsor Riley Allen Motorsport, and Riley has been driving brilliantly this weekend! 🔥
He’s starting 7th out of 20 drivers in the B Final, and has already bagged yet another PB today — 41.33! 🙌
Now it’s time to put the work in, keep the focus and get some points on the board! 🏁
Let’s go Riley! 🧡🖤

🏁 Riley Update & Recovery Mode 🏁 In motorsport, racing on the limit means accepting the risks—but it’s always tough when a big one happens. During the final of the South West Kart Championships, Riley suffered a heavy crash into the barrier. Thankfully, after being thoroughly checked over by the incredible onsite paramedics, he was given the all-clear with no broken bones. 🙏He hasn’t completely escaped unscathed, walking away with deep bruising to his sacrum and coccyx region.Today’s session at Paddock Performance Therapy was all about creating space for recovery. By utilizing targeted clinical therapy, we focused on stimulating the healing process, reducing deep tissue pressure, and giving the body the room it needs to embrace its own natural healing mechanisms. The focus is now locked on a fast, smart recovery because the clock is ticking. We go again in 2 weeks at the Southern Championships at Forest Edge! 🌲🏎️Riley is a fighter, and the road to recovery starts right now. We’re right behind you, mate! 💪🩺
