Quick tutorial on massage techniques for the soleous muscle. Soleus is a muscle that flexes the ankle joint when the knee is bent. As a consequence, it often goes from very little use to having to catch the whole body's weight (say, you fall and just catch yourself with your foot). This can lead to discomfort, overuse syndrome or even injury.
