At our Annual Conference, we asked colleagues to imagine their ideal service for the young people and families we support.

The responses were inspiring.

From sensory rooms and outdoor spaces to family accommodation and more personalised ways of working, the ideas reflected just how much thought our teams put into the experiences of the young people we support.

What made this exercise so special was that every suggestion came from the same place: a genuine desire to make a positive difference.

Listening to the responses was a wonderful reminder of the passion, imagination, and commitment that runs throughout Progress. We're incredibly lucky to work alongside people who are always looking for new ways to help others reach their full potential.

Thank you to everyone who shared their ideas. We're so proud of the people who make Progress what it is. 💙

💗Yesterday, Progress got a little pinker!

From Head Office to our services, colleagues swapped their usual colours for pink as part of Wear It Pink, helping to raise awareness and show support for everyone affected by breast cancer.

Whether it was a splash of pink or a full-on commitment to the theme, it was fantastic to see so many people getting involved. And of course, no charity day would be complete without some delicious cake! 🍰

Today, our Progress team is attending the CHA Conference.

With this year's theme focused on learning from the past to protect the future, it's been a great opportunity to hear different perspectives, share ideas, and connect with others from across the sector.

A particular highlight has been hearing from Dr Dan Hughes and being part of conversations with people who are passionate about supporting children and young people.
