That’s one of the conversations I’ll be having today as I’m out in Leeds delivering Managing Aggression Refresher Training to a team of carers! 🚗🙌

One of the best parts of my job is getting out, meeting different care teams, hearing their real-life experiences and sharing practical tips that can make a difference.

For me, training isn’t about standing at the front talking all day. It’s about getting everyone involved, sharing experiences, having a few laughs along the way and making sure people leave feeling more confident in what they do.
