Anyone can develop type 2 diabetes, but certain factors can increase your risk, such as being over 40 or carrying excess weight.

Although the weather is slowly cooling down, the pollen forecast remains high to very high over the coming days.

Most people who are struggling with hay fever can get help from a pharmacist and buy their own medicines over the counter without a prescription.

It's also a good idea to wear sunglasses, shower and change clothes after being outdoors, and dry and laundry inside.
