LYMPHATIC SYSTEM HAND REFLEXOLOGY
Lymphatic system reflexes are located on the top of your hand. Using your forefinger of your opposite hand, gently massage in between the web of the fingers and thumb in downwards direction toward the vrist.Do this 3x on each hand.
Nex, use the thumb of your opposite hand and focus on the wrist. Gently "walk" and massage in Caterpillar like movements across the top of the vrist.Repeat 3 x.
This is very good if you suffer from swelling like lymphedema. Remember, if you have any personal requests on self reflexology or reflexology for your family members, message me, and I will try to advise the best I can.

Some of you met my Chloe, when he was coming into the cabin and "helping " with treatments. You also know that he died almost exactly 2 years ago, just week after Sky.
Today I went to pick up Winston 😍, you will not be able to meet him just yet, as he has to be at home for the next 2 weeks, but I wanted you to see him. He helps us to not miss Chloe so much. Very vocal, attention seeking, no personal space awarness boy.
We love him already 😍

Isn't that right?
When you are searching for reflexologist (or ant therapist for that matter)you need to ask yourself few questions: what is the training they have achieved? Are they honest? Do they know anything about the condition you have, and if they don't are they willing to find out? Are they registered with professional body? Even if they fulfil all the criteria sometimes you might not gel" well, and that is ok, it just means that you didn't "vibe" on the same frequency.
Once you find THE ONE, you are set for life

SELF S0OTHING REFLEXOLOGY VIDEO
I find it very helpful when stressed or had a very nervous situation. If you can not sit in this position, try to put some pillows under your knees.You can also perform this technique on your partner and your children.
This technique is based on Sue Rick's techniques and originally recorded by Little Bird Reflexology. I have modified and added extra reflexes
